Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Requirement Analysis
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and project requirements.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to gather detailed technical and functional requirements.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, solutions, and services.
Solution Development and Proposal Management :
- Develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to the client's needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.
- Respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs)..
Market and Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market needs.
- Gather feedback from prospects and relay it to the product development team.
Support Sales Teams
- Assist in negotiations by providing detailed technical insights.
- Support sales closures by addressing technical objections and concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 1-2 years in a pre-sales, technical sales, or similar role (varies by level of position).
Technical Knowledge:
