GammaStack - Creative Designer (4-6 yrs)
Duties and Responsibilities
Brand Evolution: Elevate and refine GammaStack's design direction, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand experience across social media, digital advertising, events, and other visual communication platforms.
Paid Social Focus: Design captivating paid social assets, including static visuals, animated graphics, and video concepts tailored for high performance.
Motion Design Expertise: Create high-quality video assets such as TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, explainer videos, and animated story ads using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Platform Optimization: Adapt and optimize video and static assets for various social media platforms, ensuring optimal performance across diverse screen sizes and resolutions.
Campaign Execution: Conceptualize and deliver a high volume of social media campaigns, extending your design expertise to email, digital ads, landing pages, and other marketing touchpoints as needed.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with the marketing and product design teams to tell GammaStack's story through compelling visuals, including iconography, typography, photography, animations, and infographics.
Strategic Contribution: Pitch and implement innovative ideas to enhance the team's design goals, aligning with business and user objectives.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and expand GammaStack's brand and design system to ensure consistency and quality across all channels.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: 4-6 years of professional marketing design experience, with a focus on digital and motion design.
Design Proficiency: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, with a variety of styles.
Conversion-Oriented Focus: Proven ability to create marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions.
Motion Design Skills: Advanced knowledge of motion graphic animation techniques, bringing visuals to life and enhancing storytelling.
Software Mastery: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Video Expertise: Understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for online delivery.
Collaborative Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong working relationships with team members and cross-functional partners.
Agility and Independence: Ability to manage multiple projects, iterate quickly, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Storytelling Strength: Exceptional critical thinking and storytelling skills, receptive to feedback, and skilled at iterating designs.
Preferred Experience: Prior experience creative agency or brand social media.
