Gameskraft - Manager - Social Media (10-15 yrs)
- You are genuinely passionate about fashion, whether it's spending your free time sharing and saving handles about the latest Indian brands to shop from next and GRWM shorts to having a deep understanding of what kind of fashion content resonates across the social media landscape in India. You're also probably dabbling with AI, and introducing your friends to the world of reels and challenges. You have a ruthlessly high bar for creative output, and you're able to seamlessly switch between 'doing it yourself' and 'sprinkling magic dust' on agency work. And at the end of it, few things make you happier than a well-crafted caption. Although not an analyst, you moonlit as one especially when it comes to your own feed, and are comfortable using data to test and refine your output. Sounds familiar? Yup, we're looking for YOU.

- As a Social Media Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead creative content and communication on our social media channels for our multiple fashion brands, creating unique brand-specific social media strategies and brand guidelines (including ToV) and working closely with the design, brand, and marketing teams to execute these.
- Your role will be to help us expand our digital footprints and oversee our social communications efforts across all our brands. You will develop and implement informed content strategies tailored to the strengths of various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and affinity. You will manage and lead junior social media executives, partner agencies, influencers, and freelancers.
- You will have the opportunity to work with up and conceptualize end-to-end social media strategy for up-and-coming fashion and lifestyle brands - from ideation to execution, networking, planning, and conceptualizing engaging campaigns and shoots as well as setting up daily social media calendars, processes, and annual roadmaps. You will collaborate with a large number of internal and external stakeholders. You will be the owner of timelines, daily/monthly schedules, plan stories, copy and content, anticipate issues, help overcome obstacles, make difficult trade-off decisions, and balance business needs and creative constraints. Experience in leading an editorial team, campaigns, and data-led social media content generation is a must.
Role objectives :
- Increase awareness and engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social media-led initiatives and campaigns
- Acquire new followers by integrating with our marketing content output (including sales, special offers, and recurring properties)
- Align our brands with new and emerging trends in social media
- Impact ROI and performance marketing metrics through more consistently on-target messaging
- Identify new social channels to embed our brands into
Work with insights from social data using monitoring tools and Meta-dashboard
Responsibilities :
- Execute best-in-class social campaigns for our customers and brands, in collaboration with the brand marketing team
- Plan daily, monthly, and annual strategies for all our brands
- Use social media tools to craft and post content on all our social channels
- Become an extension of each of our brands to connect with existing customers, and acquire new ones
- Analyze each brand's social strategy to make frequent improvement suggestions
- Stay up to date with new and emerging trends to help keep all our social media presence consistently relevant, thumb-stopping, and agile
- Establish key performance indicators to understand the efficacy of existing social campaigns and adjust strategy for further optimizations
Skills and qualifications :
- 10 years+ of management and leadership experience in a creative and social media agency
- Extensive experience in fashion, lifestyle, and the Indian D2C landscape
- Significant experience leading a fashion or lifestyle brand's social media initiatives and in delivering integrated and social-first campaigns
- Keen understanding of how to craft effective social media strategies for both paid and free media
- Strong familiarity with interacting with creative agencies and production houses
In-depth knowledge of a variety of current social media platforms, ability to experiment and stay agile across all
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with social media tools like Meta dashboard, Meltwater and creative tools like Canva and Photoshop. Ability and experience to create and edit content on social media platforms, in-depth knowledge of editing tools, filters, and trending reel formats
- MBA or bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, or related fields
