Gameberry Labs - Campaign Manager (1-3 yrs)
Campaign Manager is a critical position, who will be responsible to drive the user acquisition (UA) efforts. As a Campaign Manager, you will be a key member of our team responsible for growing our player base and expanding our audience.
The ideal fit would be the one who is analytical, creative, and strategic. You will be instrumental in helping us scale our marketing initiatives and help optimize the campaign performance of our existing games as well as pipeline projects. This would involve rapidly scaling current opportunities and generating new ideas that can grow into long-term revenue drivers. You will be working across paid user acquisition channels, primarily Facebook, Instagram, Google as well as other emerging digital platforms.
Major responsibilities of the role would involve:
- Setting up, executing app campaign activations, and monitoring budgets & performance
- Analyze, track and optimize on an ongoing basis effective benchmarks for measuring the campaign's performance and proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
- Analyze data from A/B tests to provide insights, meaningful suggestions, and recommendations on action items
- Preparation and presentation of Weekly, Monthly and Annual competitive as well as category activity reports
Experience/skills required:
- 1-2+ years experience in running biddable media campaigns across Google Ads, and Facebook (experience in F2P games is a big plus)
- Experience with managing and optimizing user acquisition and retention campaigns in Facebook and Google Ads
- Ability to analyze reports and available data to formulate business insights and decide what recommendations to make basis them.
- Comfortable with data and visualization
- Plan, strategize and execute all performance marketing campaigns through paid mediums (LinkedIn Google, Affiliates, and Email) to meet business growth.
