Galton - Executive - Sales/Lead Conversion (2-5 yrs)
Zepth is looking for inspiring and accomplished to join our sales team! As a quickly accelerating company, our Sales Development Team forms a core aspect of our business model.
As the brand's sales representatives, you will develop understanding of the construction industry and Zepth tools to improve one of the world's largest industries.
This position will report directly to the Sales Head and the Founder. The position is based out of our office in Gurugram, Haryana, India, but as of now, the position is remote working and we are looking to get on-board someone who can start immediately.
Specific Objectives:
1. Engage our pre-existing list of leads through calling, emailing and follow-ups to understand their requirements, challenges and pursue them for product demos with the construction technology specialist team.
2. Conduct daily activities including
- Pre-call research and planning for the shared leads
- Follow-up with previous contacts (nurturing leads)
- Maintain CRM records
3. Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
4. Providing timely feedback to enable quick decision-making

Desirable Qualities:
