Client Support Specialists respond to Gallup end-user inquiries over the phone, chat and via email. They employ positivity, accuracy and technical expertise while gathering information and assisting clients. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be part of a global end-user team and will include a significant amount of international inquiries. Gallup will provide extensive training for you to master various scenarios.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Because the responsibilities of this position require 24/7 coverage year-round, a 40-hour weekly schedule may consist of afternoon, evening, overnight or weekend shifts.
- This position demands world-class customer service, telephone support, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelors- degree, broad knowledge of computer applications and experience troubleshooting technical issues are required.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in India on a full-time basis.
