Galaxy Weblinks - Manager - Growth Marketing (5-10 yrs)
Reports to: Head of Marketing
About the Role :
- Galaxy Weblinks is looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to take the lead with our growth marketing strategies. Your main duties include running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.
- You will manage an expanding team of SEO specialists, designers, and marketers to find new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals.
- To be successful in this role, you should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. If you are interested in using systematic ways to test experiments and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Increase our social media presence via organic and paid mediums
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets
- Create landing pages and run Google Ads, Local ads, social media ads for target audiences via new user acquisition campaigns
- Help the sales team with social listening, Linkedin automation, and outreach
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
What we look for :
- Maniacal attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and translate client requirements to outcomes
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or similar
- An understanding of B2B marketing is preferred
- Hands-on, self-starter, capable of working independently
