Account Management Executive
Experience : 1-3 Years
Location : Indore/Remote
Qualification : Any Graduate with relevant experience
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Accountable for managing the Requirements from the clients and generation of revenue as per expectations
- Mapping the client's needs and getting the best out of available opportunities
- Assisting Delivery managers to balance the workload as per the available resources and getting the job done
- Co-ordination with other departments to complete the delivery and inside sales cycle
- Proactively maintain relationships with clients and share timely updates
- Responsible for team's success in delivering the pre-defined targets
- Maintain weekly/monthly reports to facilitate 'keep client's informed' function
- use slack, chat, email and other mediums to communicate with client and internal team
- assist in tracking back office functions like invoicing and payment followups
Requirements :
- Should have minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales/account management or marketing.
- Candidates willing to take challenging job
- Must have experience in working with a diverse team.
- Excellent understanding the client requirements and the ability to drive them through
- Working closely with delivery managers to anticipate requirements
- Driving the teams to achieve their targets along with his/her own targets.
- Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines Demonstrates the ability to quickly evaluate and prioritize tasks must be proactive & self-driven.
- Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented
