GajShield - Tellecaller (0-1 yrs)
JD for the post of Tele caller
. Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
- Answer potential clients- questions about home improvement projects or goals
- Minimum 7 meetings per week
- 100 calls per day.
- Set appointments with prospective Clients based on our associates- schedules
- Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment.
- Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
- Reporting the day to day task and lead to the reporting manager.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Must be graduate from any faculty.
2. English medium preferable with fluency in English speaking.
3. Must know computer knowledge such as Microsoft word, excel, power point, mail etc.
4. Good typing speed.
5. Must be smart, quick learner, hard and fast working, serious about work.
6. We are located in Parel East Mumbai so candidate staying in nearby location are preferable.
