Gaian Solutions - Executive - Digital Marketing (3-8 yrs)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all of GAIAN websites SEO.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to our website and generate leads
- Demonstrate proficiency in SEO best practices, staying updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Oversee the implementation of on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies
- Develop engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the cross functional teams to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos.
- Foster a sense of community by engaging with followers and participating in relevant conversations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns to promote brand awareness and product launches.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Provide recommendations for leveraging emerging trends to enhance GAIAN's online presence.
- Lead the creation and design of our monthly newsletter.
Proven working experience in digital marketing agency working for IT companies in-to B2B segment, particularly for US Markets.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience in SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hubspot)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
