Gadget Bridge - General Manager - Sales - Digital Advertising Vertical (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for Manager Ad Sales and Revenue for our media website www.gadgetbridge.com and online video channels, relevant ad sales experience is a must.
Job Profile:
- Responsible for maintaining healthy relationships with clients and media agencies
- Revenue generation
- Market and brand coverage in terms of meeting clients and Ad Agencies
- Super aggressively chase sales targets and keep up with the growth and implement new-age tools
- Responsible for making formal presentations to advertisers - should have publisher side experience.
- Monitor strategies, revenue growth and key KPI's on a regular basis.
- Will monitor ad campaigns and design delivery on time.
- Troubleshoot tracking problems and collaborate with the Senior management at YMN.
- Will build the ad sales operations and systems with senior management at YMN.
Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience, with complete digital ad sales domain knowledge is a must.
- A go-getter and would not take a no for an answer from the agencies and account holders.
- Ad sales experience is a must. Digital ad sales experience preferred.
- A MBA degree is good but not necessary
- Should be presentable and must be great at the art of making deals happen.
- Should have futuristic viewpoint and be practical in his/her approach.
- Should be positive and wants to grow with us rapidly.
- Should have great ideas and should be able to bring new ones every now and then as the industry demands.
- Video ad sales experience will be a boon, too.
- Should be comfortable working under pressure and deliver targets on time.
- Should have or be ready to build relationships with leading ad agencies or marketing heads.
- Google Analytics and other monitoring systems knowledge will be good.
- Ability to quickly consume data and troubleshoot problems.
