Job Description

- Achieve the business goals of the company in the respective territory by marketing the company's brands. The job involves team Management, concept selling in the area of Digital Healthcare and will have a mix of sustaining existing products and launching new products.


- The job requires managing relationships with the key stake holders viz. doctors & Hospital management. The organization is in the process of building a corporate brand around Patient centricity and this job requires active participation in Patient Care initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Achieve monthly Sales target following the brand / communication strategies and with the help of scientific tools / publications & demonstrations.

- Acquire customers and contribute to brand building.

- Should be able to convert the features of the product to tangible & intangible benefits for the patients and doctors.

- Understand Market potential and share the market feedback with the Product team.

- Understand adoption barriers and handling objections.

- Building and maintaining business relationships with doctors and other stakeholders.

- Take up Academic initiatives and CMEs with Doctors

- Ensure the Product availability at all places within the territory.

- Willingness to take direct ownership of patient services.

- Maintain the Process compliance for daily operations.

Educational qualifications:

- B.Pharm / B.Sc

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 Years to maximum 15 years of experience in Cardiology/Neurology segment is a must.

- Should have demonstrable professional relationship with the doctors in the territory.

- Should have an outstanding performance track record.

- The candidate should be ready to travel extensively and should have good knowledge about the territory.

- Should have experience/appreciation for patient engagement and Patient Care initiatives.

- Good communication, networking and negotiation skills.

- Aptitude for absorbing and discussing scientific information.

- Should be Tech savvy and comfortable with usage of digital technologies.
