Job Description

Role Summary/Purpose

The role entails providing high quality customer service to the customers and ensuring that required service is rendered in accordance with the policies and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Resolve customer queries and concerns.

- Ensure efficient, effective and accurate service is provided to the customers.

- Provide customers with complete product and service information.

- Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve.

- Should have good convincing skills

- Flexible to work in shifts

- Flexible to work in Inbound/out bound environment.

Desired Candidate profile:

Education: (10+2, Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR Diploma, ITI.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Should be Customer Service Centric, Excellent English Verbal Communication Skills

- Working knowledge of Computers, Professional writing etiquettes and ability to work with a Team.

- Should have zeal to learn and perform as per stringent targets.

- Passion for customer services

- Unyielding Integrity

- 10th on wards mark sheets and certificates.

- Passport size photos

- ID proof (copy of pan card / passport /driving license),

- Address proof (copy of Passport / electricity bill / telephone bill)
