Job Description Of Business Development Manager
- Preferably with a Media or Advertising Agency Background.
- Result Oriented with profound knowledge of Al Media. Marketing Tools & Terms.
- Identify and prospect Potential Clients, including businesses and organizations.
- Conduct Market research to identify new opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Develop Sales strategies and set ambitious sales targets in alignment with the agency's goals.
- Create and implement sales plans, including tactics for lead generation, client acquisitions, and revenue growth.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, such as conversion rates revenue, and profitability.
- Providing guidance and support to the sales team, setting clear objectives and targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
Eligibility :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing or sales
- Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking
