Fyp Money - Community Manager (1-2 yrs)

We are looking for Community manager to join our team. If you love interacting with people and engaging with them, this can be perfect role for you.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
Responsibilities :
- Actively Grow the community by passing on the strong message of the brand
- Uphold quick response times during core hours, ensuring a high-quality experience for members of the community.
- Identify problems that may develop into issues with product, including technical issues and other feedback.
- Work cross-functionally with our support team to address issues as they arise.
- Maintain consistency with our current branding, positioning, voice, and messaging.
- Plan and execute community events along with the team
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Be the face of the community, whether online or at physical events about what the community can do to help our audience.
- Manage our community platforms to engage directly with community members while being mindful of team expectations and priorities.
Requirements and skills
- 1-2 years of proven work experience as a community manager
- Excellent verbal communication skills and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
- Experience in planning and leading community initiatives.
- Experience in growth hacking
