Fynd - Onboarding Specialist (2-5 yrs)
Be a part of Fynd's Vision Team to work on a robust integration platform for brands. As part of your role as Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding and maintaining brand health on Fynd.
Responsibilities:
- Own and curate an array of fashion brands on the platform
- Build integration mechanism for catalog and inventory
- Track and improve item level metrics for your portfolio of brands
- Co-ordinate and build relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Deep dive and identify pain points to improve overall onboarding process
Requirements:
- 2+ years of seller/brand/client onboarding experience
- Excellent interpersonal & persuasive skills
- Experience working with/managing cross functional teams
- IT literacy (Databases)
- Advanced Data skills especially Microsoft Excel
- Bachelors in computer science, sciences or engineering preferred
