B2B Demand Generation Manager
Who we are looking for:
- We're looking for a strategic, highly quantitative, hands-on person to lead demand generation initiatives.
- This role will be accountable for overall outbound strategy, creating and implementing high-performing lead generation campaigns that will consistently raise awareness and produce high-quality leads for the sales team to ultimately drive customer and revenue growth.
- The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the management team, and others as needed, to develop and create content for various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and experiment on different channels to find the most cost-effective and scalable ways for a high-quality lead generation.
- Building and maintaining a 3x rolling pipeline in the Mid-Market India business (300 to 5000 employees) for all the Business Development Executives.
- Develop, build, and optimize email automation and nurture programs to move prospects through to conversion.
- Qualifying and disqualifying inbound leads in a high-volume environment using calls, emails, and LinkedIn in mails.
- Representing our brand as the first point of contact with C-level executives, decision makers, and influencers.
- Building credibility and value in our solution through strategic research and preparation
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
- Convert cold calls emails to warm conversations and opportunities in rapid cycles.
- Achieving your target and helping build a system that consistently hits quotas.
- Dive into the product. Familiarize yourself with the ins and outs of it.
- Be able to create content with various tones.
Requirements:
- Experience working at a startup.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Experience in a fast-paced, lead generation focused B2B technology focused organization. Brownie points if it is a SaaS Company.
- Experience in lead generation tools.
- An excellent program and project manager with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
