Futurisk - Business Development Executive - Corporate Sales (0-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Corporate Sales Function :
- Responsible for business development and acquiring leads,
- Create Database by extensive on foot market research,
- Acquisition of New clients and Initial contact for presales,
- Understanding the Group Mediclaim (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA), other general insurance product and their impact in EB and Non-EB
- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of products / database
Relationship Management :
- Client Pitch (build the first stage of relationship with clients), follow up & maintain a working relationship.
- Handling small and medium enterprise clients and maintaining excellent relationship with them.
- Leveraging on the relationship with corporate and focusing on closures.
- Liaisoning with insurers and TPA for providing better services and quotes to clients.
- Coordinating with HR, Admin & Finance for Corporate Data.
Minimum / Specific Experience :
- Prior experience in corporate / B2B sales.
- Excellent with people and are able to form and manage client relationships quickly and successfully.
- Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently within a team.
- Decent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
Qualification :
- Education Requirements : Minimum Graduates/ MBA preferred
