Future Retail - Specialist /Junior Specialist - Sales (0-5 yrs)
Job Description
- To interact & offer assistance to all Customers in the store
- Upsell/Cross Sell & promote the brand/products available at the store.
- Manage & enhance the look & feel of the section
- Manage product quality & identify solutions to reduce wastage/shrinkage.
- Ensure packaging & pricing of products as per the communicated standards
- Coordinate/carry out sampling activities
- To maintain the highest standards of quality & hygiene
- To be updated about the available/new products in the store.
- Communicate price arbitrage to the Sourcing team
- Manage Seasonality
- Maintain the Visual Merchandize as per the SOP
- Check on SEL's on each area of his / her section
- Monitor demand & supply of all SKUs
Qualification and Abilities:
- 2-3 years of experience in Retail/Hospitality/Food & Beverage Industry
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident/Good personality
- Convincing/salesman skill
- Have Creative Knowledge
- People's person - have good interpersonal skills
- Operationally Strong
- Should be a keen observer / listener
