FG&G Distribution Pvt. Ltd is a joint venture between Future Group, one of India's largest retail & consumer goods company, and Generali, Italy's largest and world's 3rd largest Insurance company. The aim of FG&G is to create an Insuretech platform that will leverage Future group's retail distribution network and customers and provide them with simple, intuitive general insurance products.

As an Insurance/Senior Insurance Specialist, you will be part of a pan India team of Specialists who will educate and sell innovative retail insurance products to customers in large format Food & Fashion retail stores (Big Bazaar, Central, Brandfactory etc.)

Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

- Engaging and educating customers about relevant GI products in store

- Assisting floor/section staff to promote small ticket General Insurance products

- Ensuring lead generation of Life Insurance products from the store assigned

- Ensuring General Insurance products are being promoted from all cashier counters

- Ensuring sales of Insurance products to achieve assigned store budget

- Achieving budgeted product mix of life & general Insurance

- Ensure smooth fulfillment of every Insurance sale and customers get policy documents through customer service desk before checking out of store

- Ensuring Daily/Weekly/Monthly achievements of insurance budgets assigned to the store

- Ensuring Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports are sent to line managers

- Preparing and submitting required MIS on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis

An ideal candidate should have :

- Insurance sales/FMCG sales experience of a minimum 6 months to 1 year

- Minimum graduate degree

- Must have a pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills

- Regional language proficiency preferred
