Future Generali - Manager - Corporate Sales (3-7 yrs)
- Tapping Corporate Clients for business - Identify, develop and build group business relationships with a view to achieve target sales in the location.
- Promote and sell Group Insurance Schemes like Group Term Life to Corporate Clients
- Environment scanning for group business
- Networking with insurance industry and C+C1client industry influencers to enable sales
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Implementing strategy at regional level for group businesses to achieve planned sales targets and promotions
- Preparing quotations for group sales, ensure complete documentation and adhere to processes as per company norms
- Negotiating sales closures
- Maintaining up to date MIS of group businesses and reporting to HO regularly
- Establishing good rapport with agency, actuarial, new business, claims and other functions to ensure customer satisfaction and service levels
- Ensures smooth and efficient operation of department
- Manager corporate Sales position for Bangalore.
- Experience with 3-8 years in corporate sales.
- Experience in handling brokers
- Good understanding of PSU/PVT market.
- Good understanding of Insurance sales. GTL,Gratuity,Superannuation.
- Exposure in developing relation with senior management team.
- Ability to make 3 calls per day.
