Future Generali - Head - Online Sales (8-13 yrs)
Position Title : Head Online Sales
Department : Online Sales
Main Responsibility :
Business Delivery :
- Conceptualize the online business strategy and execute business plan
- Achieve plan outcomes on Revenue, Expenses and Quality
- Develop and build the Online business case for introduction of new online products
- Managing day to day business and driving sales for Online Sales Channel while working with co-departments to ensure a seamless customer service
Business Development :
- Tie up with Web Aggregators, Brokers and Other Partners for augmenting sales
- Devise & launch performance based (ROI) campaigns to drive sales volume
- Leverage captive customer segments (Future Retail, X-Sell, Non-Life, Worksite)
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive traffic for online sales
- Contribute to the development of content to drive traffic
Customer Experience :
- Design the front-end and back-end interface for a differentiated customer experience
- Ensure benchmark TATs and NPS
- Stay abreast with trends in digital and bring global best practices to work
Qualification and Experience Requirement :
Education : Post graduate in management
Experience :
Requirements :
- Proven e-commerce experience of handling e-sales / digital sales preferably for an insurance company
- Experience in project of setting up the back-end / front-end, launch will be of advantage
- Overall experience in sales & distribution - more than 8 years
- Project management skills
- Good understanding of backend operations, call center processes etc
- Experience in managing P&L
- Post graduate in management
