We are looking for candidates for our Nilgiris FMCG Retail Store Operation

Education : Any Graduate
Location : Bangalore
- Managing 10 to 12 Franchise Operations in a defined geography.
- To achieve Primary & Secondary sale for allocated set of stores.
- Franchisee relationship management & clearance of their claims as per Co. terms.
- Maintain collection of dues as per norms set by co. Customer feedback.
- To handling specific area Stores.
- Increasing sales of own brands through the Franchise channel, maximising shares in the category.
- Collection of all receivables against sales.
- Effective execution of all the promotion activities at the store through store teams and operations executive.
- Identifying opportunities in store catchment to drive customer walk-ins.
- Drive ABV by effective plan on each category.
- To assist Franchisee in managing customer experience at the stores
- Ensure uniformity and high standards of quality in terms of service managed at all stores, driving customer retention and strong loyalty
