Furtados School of Music - Team Leader - Customer Service & Sales Support Operations (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a mid-level resource to managing the Customer Service & Sales Support Operations for Furtados School of Music.
The role will entail:
1. Leading & Managing team of 10-15 Tele-callers to deliver :
a. Monthly Sales Targets
b. Manage Service Delivery Metrics.
2. Establish best in class operations for call center. This will include:
a. Technology, Processes, Employee Management
b. Measuring & Tracking quality metrics
c. Operations.
3. Daily floor management including customer escalations, issue management.
4. Motivating & training team members on an ongoing basis.
Skills Desired:
1. At least 2 years experience in leading a team. Call center experience will be a bonus
2. Excellent customer communication skills
