Furtados School of Music - Manager - Business Development (3-6 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a business development resource to grow and lead our business PAN India. FSM operates in through different centers to teach students; and through K-12 schools where our curriculum is taught. The BDM will be responsible to grow and expand our operations in various geographies.
The role will entail :
- Growing the business by liasoning with schools and preschools to make FSM a part of their school curriculum.
- Ensuring day to day functioning of the centers and schools are done efficiently.
- Managing school relationships, events, reports, and parent interactions. In addition to meeting up with new schools; ensuring retention of existing schools and students is critical.
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Any other Business role/job as requested by the management under the skill set of the Business Head
