Furtados School of Music - Executive - Telesales (2-3 yrs)
We are looking for an upbeat sales driven business development/telesales executive who will present information to our potential customers regarding a our products and services offered. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the most trusted names in the music education industry and one that is differentiated from the larger market.
Responsibilities :
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
- Booking Demos for customers, follow ups, and converting to enrollments
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements/address any queries
- Manage sales pipeline
- Track metrics to ensure targets are met
Requirements :
- Proven experience as telesales/BD representative or other B2C sales role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales goals preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)
- Ability to learn about products and services and pitch/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
