We are looking for Executive - Teacher Acquisition & Account Management . Requiring proven leadership skills, you will be responsible for end-to-end processes for teacher on-boarding, account & class schedule management, and relationship building. You will also be responsible for the online execution of classes & business development.

Job Responsibilities :

- Understanding the category in depth, and how teachers are hired in the same

- Manage deployment and quality of service providers

- Teacher on-boarding, training and quality control

- Manage relationships with existing teachers and customers

- Creative local marketing strategies and teacher growth campaigns

- Help scale our other cities through developing and sharing best practices

- Working with the product team to create a great user experience for that category

- Working with the marketing team to generate customer requests in that category

- Hustle and get things done attitude

- Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the company on a monthly basis

- Manage local regulatory concerns

- Working with the marketing team to generate teacher & customer requests in that category

- Continue to grow revenues and onboard teachers

- Represent FSM at local events and with local PR

- Creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns

- Continue to grow revenues and onboard candidate

Requirements :

- 2+ years of consulting, sales & marketing, operations management experience

- Strong analytical skills and a data driven decision making mentality

- Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects

- Super organized and a logical thinker

- Bachelor's degree, Masters in Business Administration is a definitive plus

- Experience of working in a startup, or operations
