Furtados School of Music - Executive - Customer Service (0-3 yrs)
We are looking for entry & junior level resources to manage the customer calling activities for our new venture Furtados High Music Pvt. Ltd.
The role will entail:
- Calling prospective customers who are inquiring about our product & services
- Coordinating on the phone between existing teachers & students to serve customer requirements; answering queries, resolving problems
- Outbound calling to ensure service levels with existing customers and therefore ensuring renewal purchases
- In addition to managing inbound & outbound calls; the job will require maintaining database.
This is a day job (No night shifts).
Timings are 8 hours anything between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. (Mon- Saturday)
Skills Desired:
- Prefer candidates with 6months-18months of prior work experience calling customers
- Friendly personality and customer focus is critical for success in this job
- Good communication skills
- This role will report directly to the Customer Service Manager
