Furtados Music - Manager - Marketing (1-8 yrs)
We are looking for a mid-level resource to manage the marketing activities for our new venture Furtados High Music Pvt. Ltd.
The role will entail :
1. Responsible for the successful launch of HIGH brand pan India
Understanding business strategy and developing monthly marketing plan to :
- Acquire end customers which will be dominantly online, mobile and on social media and via local marketing initiatives in residential areas.
- Acquire teachers which will be through micro-marketing events, workshops and supporting an on-ground sales team across all geographies.
- Setting up & managing the marketing organization which includes agency partnerships with media agencies, event agencies, and social media managers and in-house resources
- Managing all digital properties of the company - Website, Blog, Social Media Properties, etc., branding non-digital properties (at Centers/Schools) and Public Relations.
- Building a culture of result driven marketing , therefore high focus on analytics, metrics and management of budgets.
Skills Desired :
- Experience of +1 years in social media marketing and a combined +5 - 8 years in marketing is preferred
- Excellent planning and analytical ability.
This role will report directly to the business head.
