Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele sales Representative with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in tele sales, preferably within the B2B industry, and will possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas through effective tele sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients.
- Utilize CRM systems and telephone systems efficiently to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Adapt communication styles to different scenarios and client needs.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
Requirements :
- Experience : 3+ years in tele sales or a similar role.
- Preferred : 2+ years of tele sales experience in a B2B industry.
- Skills : Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Proficient in using CRM software and telephone systems.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent research and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to adapt communication style in response to unique situations.
- Education : Graduation or equivalent.
