So, with a simple click, one can furnish their entire home, room or corner without traversing multiple stores or websites at a fraction of the time, effort and cost. All the decor that we provide is brand new, and never reused for hygiene reasons.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our contact center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
What we want
- 0-4 years of customer support experience
- Proven track record
- Good communications skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
