Roles & Responsibilities :

Manage DM channels :

- Manage all digital campaigns, from execution to optimization and performance analysis

- Drive marketing programs which are highly targeted, basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts

- Ideate & own digital paid media strategy for all digital channels: SEM, Facebook, Youtube, Shopping, Display/Discovery, Paid Social, Affiliate etc.

- Work with affliate partners to optimize install & conversion campaigns

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital channels, analyze campaign data, and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

User Engagement & Retention :

- Strategize and create user journeys and communication on Moengage/other CRM tools

- Oversee all app acquisition and engagement marketing campaigns (e.g., install campaigns, push, email, in-app message)

- Provide strategic directions to increase revenue generated through Furlenco's app by driving higher installs and nurturing app leads

- Leverage data to understand user conversion funnels, LTV/CAC, and cohort behavior to design inuential in-app marketing campaigns that will improve app behavior or reduce churn

Preferred candidate profile :

- Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail

- Prior experience in E-commerce preferred with a specialization in Digital Marketing

- Experience in handling large scale campaign optimization

- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Paid advertising, mainly Meta Ads, Google Ads and CRM tools like Moengage.
