Role Overview :

As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing designs for both digital and print materials. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse set of projects, including [examples like social media graphics, branding, packaging, website design, etc.]. This role requires a creative individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for design.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design Creation: Develop visually engaging graphics, layouts, and visual content for digital and print media, including but not limited to social media posts, email newsletters, marketing collateral, website elements, presentations, and more.

- Brand Consistency: Assist in maintaining and evolving the brand's visual identity across all channels, ensuring consistency in design.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to create designs that align with the overall brand strategy and messaging.

- Feedback & Revisions: Take direction from senior designers or creative directors and apply feedback to iterate on designs.

- File Management: Organize and maintain design files for easy access, revisions, and archiving.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience: At least 1 year of professional graphic design experience, either freelance or in-house.

- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). Familiarity with additional tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.

- Portfolio: A portfolio that showcases your design skills, including examples of both digital and print work.

- Creativity: Strong creative thinking with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.

- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to non-design team members.

- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail with the ability to think critically about design challenges.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with web design or UX/UI principles.

- Familiarity with animation tools like After Effects is a bonus.

- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required
