Funic Tech - Executive - Digital Marketing (0-1 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling, engaging content for campaigns.
SEO & SEM :
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and track performance metrics.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create, schedule, and analyze posts, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Email Marketing:
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, etc.).
- Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, etc.) and optimize campaigns for better engagement.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights to track performance and generate reports.
- Provide actionable insights and suggestions based on campaign performance data.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive digital strategies.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and content to support campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on involvement in SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, and email marketing.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Skills:
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with an eye for detail and the ability to adapt to new trends in digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Display Network (GDN).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
