Requirements :

- Graduate / PG - any specialization.

- Work experience in digital/online media (Either in Search, Display, Content Marketing, Mailer or Affiliate Advertising)

- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.

- Conceptualize, design and execute online/digital marketing initiatives

- Good interpersonal and communication skills - must have the ability to interact and communicate with Publishers/Ad networks and negotiate.

- Must have the ability to prioritize and work independently to resolve issues.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Proven success managing in digital/online media.

- Experience with website analytics tools (like Google Analytics)

- Results driven focus on revenue.
