We are hiring Fundraiser for a not for profit organisation helping people across globe.
The Job
Key responsibilities areas :
- Raise funds for our cause and regularly meet or surpass fundraising targets
- To Plan and Execute funds through CSR
- Taking Follow-up of CSR, Arrange the Meeting to finalize funds
- Undertake online research and build contacts with potential individual donors and raise funds for the activities of the organization.
- Maintain relationships with existing donors and respond to their requests regularly and keep updating them about the work of the organization
- Leverage technology and social media where possible to improve fundraising activities
- Assist in planning and coordinating events meant to raise funds and coordinate activities of volunteers and interns related to event planning and execution
- Maintain complete and orderly records of donors and manage regular donor communications
- Collaborate with other organizations and groups within the community to build partnerships and enhance fundraising activities
Ideal Candidate :
Key Competencies :
- Exemplary communication abilities and outgoing, yet poised personality
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- At least one year of fundraising experience
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Operations/Support role/ Fundraising experience ideally within the the Not for profit Sector industry.
- 4 years of total work experience
- Experience within Area Sales would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
