FunctionUp - Senior Associate - Client Acquisition (1-8 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Meet and exceed sales targets. Should be willing to make calls to cold and warm leads. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with corporates.
- Identifying key players in the IT industry via extensive market research in accordance to the business strategy.
- Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution.
- Developing huge number of networks with the Enterprise and Start-up accounts using LinkedIn as a main tool and building networks in other ways.
- Playing a role in reaching a milestone of 300+ placement for the sales team.
Key Skills :
- 1-3 years of sales/account management experience, ideally within the IT Software industry. Established network/relationship across.
- Tech enterprise will be a plus. Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Self-starter, ability to own and report on individual's sales forecast.
- Creative in finding the sources for lead generation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
