Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong background in lead generation, email marketing, and freelancing platforms such as Upwork. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented and adept at driving business growth through strategic initiatives and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify, research, and generate qualified leads through various channels, including online platforms, email campaigns, and social media.
- Develop strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.
Freelancing Platform Management:
- Leverage Upwork and other freelancing platforms for project acquisition.
- Write compelling bids and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain a high conversion rate through professional communication and negotiation.
Email Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and manage targeted email campaigns for client outreach and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns to optimize conversion rates.
Target Achievement:
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and revenue targets.
- Strategically plan and execute business development activities to meet or surpass goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market demands to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client retention.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven expertise in lead generation through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing strategies and tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and business development strategies.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools to manage leads and track progress.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
