Social Media Manager

Job Summary :

- A Content Writer handles the ideation and creation of compelling content including website copy, white papers, blog posts, social media content, and product/service descriptions.

- A Content Writer is responsible for adding value by actively engaging customers/stakeholders and maintaining a cohesive brand voice.

- Additional tasks handled by a Content Writer may include analyzing marketing metrics and collaborating across departments in order to execute brand initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. To handle the Social Media Platforms of our clients (All hospitality based)

2. Get the calendar prepared for every month, including all the special days of the month mandatorily and the routine promotions.

3. Suggest ideas for various promotions to the clients.

4. Give concept for each post, select images, write post and image content for the same and get it designed by the designer.

5. To make sure all the posts are published on their respective platforms on time after the approval from the client.

6. To discuss every aspect with their Client Service Manager and have proper communication.

7. To make the regular and interim reports for every allocated client.

8. To allocate the boosting budget effectively for all the posts on monthly basis.

9. To understand the client's requirements and give concepts for brochures, print creatives and menus.

10. Might have to visit the clients if demanded by them.
