FullCycle is a growing, international consulting firm based in Atlanta, GA (USA) with a Core Operations Center in Delhi, India. We are seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our fast growing operation in Gurugram. In this position, you would be working with a small team under the Operations Manager and International Directors who are looking to rapidly scale in the next year as our clients continue to demand more and more from us.

This is an entry level position responsible for retrieving, reviewing, and processing documents in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy and providing customers with the highest quality product and customer service. The Analyst must at all times safeguard and protect the information being retrieved and processed and work closely with your managers in country and outside of India,

Essential Duties & Responsibilities : 

- Administrative experience in an office setting;

- Proven customer service experience and/or training.

- Ability to effectively use computer software and technology as required by the member facility including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Desire to learn, and ability to understand and become knowledgeable of comlex standards, policies & procedures and regulations and to complete work in compliance of these and other standards.

- Desire to learn, and ability to read and comprehend simple, healthcare terminology.

- Ability to work professionally, effectively, and efficiently in a team environment with customers, management and co-workers.

- Must be able to multitask effectively

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills a must.

Requisite Experience :

- Strong written,read, and spoken English language skills

- Strong communication, presentation, and technical skills

- Demonstrated creative problem-solving ability and the ability to learn new technologies/concepts
