Fuerte Developers - Executive - Telesales (0-2 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities :
- Make outgoing calls to all regular accounts and take orders.
- Work directly with customer via telephone and email for healthy sales.
- Daily Sales Target to be achieved.
- Educates customers on our products offering and services to increase daily spend.
- Educate and explain product pricing and answer questions.
- Follow up with customers for any customer service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and records of sales in the sales tracker.
Secondary Responsibilities :
- Need to work under Team Leader & should be active in all challenging team activities.
- Should take initiative for team and make a healthy team atmosphere.
- Assisting Team & Team Leader for preparing reports and achieving targets.
Essential Experience, Skills and Abilities :
- Should have excellent English communication.
- One or more years- experience of Sales Executives in a high volume fast, paced environment.
- Fresher can also apply.
- Should be active, enthusiastic skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Should be computer savvy.
- Strong customer service and telesales skills.
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Superior closing skills.
