We are looking for a rockstar, ambitious and energetic Sales Manager to help us expand our clientele. The candidate should possess good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
This position will drive sales goals through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing growth strategy and achieve aggressive sales targets
- Conduct research to identify customer segments.
- Arrange business markets with prospective clients and manage relationship with existing.
- Own CRM and reporting, recording of sales revenue, invoicing.
- Promote company's service by addressing clients concerns.
- Build long term relationships with clients.
- Develop collaterals, marketing material and presentations.
Basic qualification :
- 5+ years of proven work experience as a business development manager/sales manager.
- Demonstrated competency in setting up and building processes from scratch.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in customer support
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
Preferred qualification :
- MBA in marketing or related field
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision making.
- Candidates from Corporate Sales function in industry of Electricals, Corporate banking, corporate car rental companies, Lift manufacturers will be preferred.
