Job Description :
- We are seeking a highly motivated Tele Sales Representative with significant B2B sales experience, particularly in the UAE and Africa regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound calling, with a focus on lead generation and conversion. Experience in utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead sourcing is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities :
1. Outbound Calling :
- Conduct outbound calls to businesses in the UAE and Africa to promote our products/services and identify potential opportunities.
- Build rapport with decision-makers and key influencers to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
2. B2B Sales :
- Execute B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and articulate their value proposition effectively.
3. LinkedIn Sales Navigator :
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential leads and decision-makers.
- Leverage social selling techniques to engage and connect with key prospects.
4. Lead Generation :
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
5. Pipeline Management :
- Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and provide regular updates on sales activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
6. Market Research :
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance our offerings and strategies.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in B2B tele sales, with a focus on the UAE and Africa markets.
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling and achieving sales targets.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation is a significant plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
