FuelBuddy - Sales/Lead Generation Role (3-6 yrs)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Lead Generator with expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and generate leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proven track record of success in lead generation, and a deep understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and identify potential leads within target industries, verticals, and geographies.
2. Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to engage prospects and generate interest in our products/services.
3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent and proactive prospecting efforts.
4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
5. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
6. Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue generated from LinkedIn Sales Navigator activities.
7. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance lead generation effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
8. Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in social selling and LinkedIn Sales Navigator usage.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
3. Expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with prospects.
4. Strong understanding of social selling principles and best practices.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
7. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
