FuelBuddy - Organic Growth Hacker (8-12 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify and capitalize on opportunities for organic growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives, collaborating with marketing, product, and technology teams.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, and market trends.
- Optimize and scale digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and performance marketing.
- Identify and test new channels and tactics to expand the company's reach and impact.
- Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to refine and improve campaign performance.
- Oversee client retention strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive branding initiatives to establish a strong and consistent brand presence in the market.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth hacking.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on key performance metrics and growth initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the growth team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 8-12 years of proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful growth strategies in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM systems.
- Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website optimization.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
- Familiarity with growth hacking tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a creative and strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in growth hacking and digital marketing.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of growth professionals.
