Key Responsibilities Include :

- Identifying and developing revenue-generating growth channels according to long-term company goals and possible bottlenecks.

- Prioritising and optimising key growth opportunities, using data & research to identify target markets and user cohorts.

- Brainstorm new ideas to attract potential clients and increase demand for our products and services.

- Assist in developing online marketing campaigns and strategies, with a special focus on brand marketing, to increase traffic on our online platforms. Track and analyse market data through analytics and growth metrics (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to optimise future campaigns.

- Tracking organic search performance with the Google Search Console or other tools. Monitor the CRM & spreadsheets with lead generation data. Validate and qualify data. Know how to score leads.

- Assign different UTM parameters. Leverage Google Analytics data.

- Develop & implement social media experiments, such as A/B testing. Improve UI/UX and digital marketing.

- Gather, manage and evaluate user data, user behaviour and scalable opportunities to optimise our website, sales funnel, digital communication campaigns and grow our users.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to share ideas and feedback for existing & future growth strategies and driving efficacy of marketing activities. Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects, convert leads and retain clients, as well as experimenting with new methods to capture current demand.

- Plan and implement initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels. Use Facebook Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter for Business, or any other social media tracking platform.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 5 - 7 years of proven experience as a Growth Hacker with a portfolio of successful growth implementations & interventions for increasing revenue.

- Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.

- Expertise in A/B testing, growth metrics, web metrics, and sales metrics.

- Experience with SEO & SEM, web optimization and conversion analysis

- Good understanding of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms, web and social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or SEMrush.

- Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behaviour trends to generate creative ideas.

- Highly results-driven, goal-oriented individual who is resilient in pursuit of growth. Abilities to drive change.

- Creative, curious, innovative, open-minded and a strong problem solver. An adaptable, iterative thinker who is constantly learning.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- High standards of excellence and attention to detail
