Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated individual with experience and passion for "hunting" and expanding the client base in various sectors, including industrial clients, transporters, educational institutions (schools & colleges), and more. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Proactively hunt for and pursue new client opportunities in assigned sectors, including industrial, transportation, education, and other B2B segments.

- Develop and execute a targeted client acquisition strategy to maximize market reach and drive revenue growth.

- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through active prospecting, effective follow-ups, and closing techniques.

- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging customer needs.

- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contract terms.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional service delivery for new clients.

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions; provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management.

- Manage client credit cycles and ensure timely payment collections.

Requirements :

- 4-8 years of experience in business development with a strong emphasis on client acquisition, ideally within the fuel, logistics, transportation, energy, industrial products, automation equipment, chemicals, commercial vehicles, or OEM segments.

- Demonstrated success in "hunting" new business opportunities and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Must own a vehicle and a laptop.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
