Business Development Manager (B2B)

FuelBuddy, India's largest doorstep fuel delivery company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join the Business Development team for Corporate sales. This role is crucial to our expansion plans, and we are looking for professionals who can drive business growth. Our mission is to provide efficient, safe, and reliable fuel delivery services to businesses, ensuring convenience and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities :

Execute Sales Strategies :

- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies for acquiring new clients in the designated city. Generate revenue from clients of all sizes, from MSME to large corporates, across sectors.

- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients.

- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis and Reporting :

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Joining : Immediate

Travelling : Willing to travel for client meetings

Experience : Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Industrial Sales/Corporate Sales/Enterprise Sales/Commercial Vehicle Sales/B2B Client Acquisition.

Skills :

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong team management & cross functional collaboration skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decisions.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
