Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in corporate sales. The ideal candidate will have successfully onboarded large corporate clients and demonstrated the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. The candidate must possess a vehicle and a laptop, as this role requires frequent client meetings and travel within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential corporate clients, presenting FuelBuddy's innovative fuel delivery solutions.

- Develop and implement strategies to onboard large corporate accounts, driving significant revenue growth.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within corporate organizations.

- Conduct high-level negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals with large corporate clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to strategically position FuelBuddy's offerings.

- Provide regular updates, sales forecasts, and reports to senior management.

- Manage client relationships post-onboarding to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

- Drive continuous improvement in the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ensure timely collections and manage the credit cycle effectively.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2-7 years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of onboarding large corporate clients.

- Extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly in the fuel, logistics, or energy sectors is preferred.

- Strong network of corporate contacts and the ability to influence key decision-makers.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Must own a vehicle and a laptop for work purposes.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
