Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating high-quality leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and nurturing those leads through cold calling. Knowledge of the UAE markets is highly desirable. This role is crucial for driving our business growth by identifying potential clients and establishing strong, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation :

- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients.


- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to target prospects effectively.


- Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to refine approaches and improve outcomes.

2. Lead Nurturing :

- Conduct cold calls to engage with potential leads and introduce our doorstep fuel delivery services.

- Maintain a detailed understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.

- Follow up on leads through email, phone calls, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and convert leads into customers.

3. Market Knowledge :

- Leverage knowledge of the UAE and African markets to identify key opportunities and tailor lead generation efforts accordingly.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform lead generation strategies.

4. CRM Management :

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.

- Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement and closing.

5. Collaboration and Reporting :

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.

- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, performance, and outcomes to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in lead generation, particularly using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

- Demonstrated success in nurturing leads through cold calling and converting them into customers.

- Knowledge of the UAE and markets is a significant advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of meeting and exceeding targets.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation and sales, with a focus on B2B markets.
